Hallo ihr Lieben,

wenn ich meinen Kleiderschrank frühlingsfit mache, dann räume ich auch meine Hosen um. Die Winterhosen kommen nach links und die Sommerhosen nach rechts, näher an die Tür zu meinem Arbeitszimmer, so dass ich schneller dran komme. (Mein Kleiderschrank ist begehbar und hat 2 Türen. Eine führt auf die Diele und die andere in mein Arbeitszimmer. Meistens betrete ich meinen Schrank vom Arbeitszimmer aus.) Dort hängen jetzt auch meine Sommerjeans. Diese haben eine hellere Waschung und sind auch oft etwas kürzer als die Jeans, die ich im Herbst/Winter trage. Meist habe ich noch selbst Hand angelegt, um der Jeans das gewisse Etwas zu verleihen. In meinem Herzen bin ich nämlich Modedesignerin!

Der Jeanstrend ist ja ein Dauerbrenner und man sieht zur Zeit in allen Modemagazinen die für dieses Frühjahr angesagten Jeans-Schnitte. Ehrlich gesagt sind diese nicht wirklich neu, denn bei meiner Bestandsaufnahme habe ich festgestellt, dass ich die aktuellen Trends voll bedienen kann, obwohl ich meine letzte Jeans bereits vor 2 Jahren gekauft habe. Ich zeige euch heute drei aktuelle Jeanstrends:

Hi my dears,

when I get my closet fit for spring, I also rearrange my pants. Winter pants are put to the left and summer pants to the right, next to the office door, so that I can reach them quicker. (My closet is a walk-in and has 2 doors. One opens from the hall and the other one from my office. I normally get into my closet from the office.) That´s where my summer jeans are stored now, too. They are of a lighter colour and a bit shorter than those jeans I wear in autumn/winter. I often laid my hand on them for the final certain something. You should know I´m a secret fashion designer!

The jeans trend is a permanent thing and currently every fashion magazine shows the actual cuts for this season. To be honest, they are not really new. I noticed that I can follow suit each trend, when I took a look at my stock, even though I bought my latest pair of jeans already 2 years ago. Today I show you three of the current jeans trends:

Trend 1:

Boyfriend Ripped Jeans

Diese Jeans ist leicht hüftig geschnitten und einer Männerjeans nachempfunden. Meine hat zusätzlich Risse (DIY) auf den Oberschenkeln und an den Knien und ist nur knöchellang (DIY). Ich trage eine cremefarbene Bluse mit Stehkragen, betonten Schultern und weiten Ärmeln und meine beigen Mules dazu. So erhält dieser Jeanslook eine elegante Note.

These jeans have a low cut and they quite resemble men´s jeans. Mine has got additional rips (DIY) at the thighs and the knees and it has only ancle lenth (DIY). I´m pairing an off-white blouse with a turtle neck, emphasized shoulders and wide sleeves and my nude mules. This way this jeans look turns into an elegant one.

Trend 2:

Kickflare Jeans

Diese Jeans besitze ich bereits seit etwa 15 Jahren, und ich liebe sie immer noch heiß und innig. Sie hat ausgestellte Beine, hat einen offenen, ausgefransten Saum (DIY) und ist ebenfalls nur knöchellang. Zur Jeans trage ich ein Streifenshirt mit Trompetenärmeln, die die Weite er Hosenbeine widerspiegeln. Meine schwarzen Chucks machen den Look sportlich.

I own these jeans for about 15 years now and I still love them a lot. They have flared legs, an open, frayed hem (DIY) and they are ankle-length, too. I´m wearing a striped shirt with trumpet sleeves with the jeans, which reflect the shape of the legs. My black Chucks make the look a sporty one.

Trend 3:

Mom Jeans

Mom Jeans sind taillenhoch geschnitten und haben eine bequeme Oberschenkel-Weite. Meine hat eine verdeckte Knopfleiste, einen offenen Saum (DIY) und ist knöchellang. Mit der hübschen weißen Bluse und den weißen Sneakern entsteht ein sportlich-schicker Look.

Mom jeans are cut waist high and have a comfortable thigh width. Mine have a hidden button placket, an open hem (DIY) and they are ankle-length. Together with this cute white blouse and the white sneakers the look comes out a sporty-chic one.

Ich würde sagen, der Sommer kann kommen, was meint ihr? / I should say, summer can come, what do you think?

CHIC IN JEANS

Hallo meine Lieben,

in einer Jeans kann man heutzutage überall hingehen, sogar in die Oper. Das würde ich persönlich zwar nicht machen, aber ich habe es schon gesehen. Natürlich gibt es auch andere Anlässe, z.B. eine Geburtstagseinladung oder ein Restaurantbesuch, zu denen man chic, aber nicht overdressed erscheinen möchte. Wie gut, wenn man dann eine schöne Jeans und einen passenden Blazer im Schrank hat. Das sind ja übrigens zwei Teile, die in keinem Kleiderschrank fehlen sollten!

Ich habe mich übrigens hier für ein Mädelstreffen fein gemacht. Meine Jeans hat einen 3-farbigen Galonstreifen (weiß, schwarz, silber) und ist gerade geschnitten. Dazu trage ich eine weiße Schluppenbluse und einen grauen Blazer mit winzigem Fischgrätmuster. Dazu passt meine silberne Clutch und die weißen Slingsabots. Und da ich nie ohne Sonnenbrille aus dem Haus gehe, darf dieses Exemplar mit runden, blau schimmernden Gläsern auch nicht fehlen.

Hi my lovelies,

today you can go everywhere in a jeans, even to the opera. In fact I wouldn´t do that, but I have already seen others. Of course there are other occasions to go to nicely dressed, but not overdressed. For example to a birthday party or to a restaurant. Lucky you if you have a pair of nice jeans and a matching blazer in your cupboard. Actually these are two pieces which belong in every woman´s wardrobe!

Btw, I have dressed up here for a girls´meeting. My jeans have got a 3-colour galon stripe (white, black,silver) and it´s straight cut. I´m wearing a white blouse with a bow and a grey blazer with a tiny fish bone pattern with the jeans. My silver clutch and the white sling-sabots go nicely with it. And because I never go out without sun glasses, this one with its round and blue shimmering glasses are also part of the look.

SCHULTERFREI – EIN MUSS IN DIESEM SOMMER / OFF THE SHOULDER – A MUST HAVE THIS SUMMER

Hallo ihr Lieben,

ich kann mich nicht erinnern, wann der schulterfreie Look schon einmal so im Trend war, wie in diesem Sommer! Ob als Cut-Out oder ganz schulterfrei, ob bei Kleidern oder Tops – in diesem Sommer zeigt frau Schulter! Aber bei diesem Jahrhundert-Sommer kann es ja auch nicht luftig genug sein, oder? Als ich dieses Blüschen gefunden habe, war ich auf Anhieb angetan. Der Jeansstoff besteht aus Lyocell, einem wunderbar weichen Material mit hervorragenden Trageeigenschaften, über die ich hier schon einmal berichtet habe. Aber nicht nur das Material, sondern auch der schulterfreie Schnitt und die süßen Bändchen an den Ärmeln haben mir sehr gefallen.

Ich trage meine Bluse hier mit meiner selbst genähten Streifen-Culotte und hellblauen Espadrilles mit silbernen Pailletten drauf. Dazu eine blau reflektierende Sonnenbrille, eine blaue Kette mit Tassel und eine graue Tasche mit Clip-Verschluss. Fertig ist ein Look, mit dem man bei diesem Wetter genau richtig liegt!

I really can´t remember when off the shoulder looks were as trendy as this year before! Either as a cut out or completely off the shoulder, either with tops or dresses – this summer woman has to show her shoulders! But in this summer of the century nothing can be airy enough, right? When I saw this top I liked it at once. Its jeans fabric is made of lyocell, a wonderfully soft material with excellent wearing properties, which I already discribed here some time ago. But I didn´t only like the material very much, but also the off shoulder cut and the cute sleeve straps.

I´m wearing my top with my self made striped culottes and a pair of light blue espadrilles with silver sequins. Blue reflecting sun glasses, a blue necklace with a tassel and a grey clip bag also go with it. This is a look which is perfectly matching the current weather!

UND NOCH EINS: JEANSHEMD MIT SCHLUPPE / AND ANOTHER ONE: JEANS SHIRT WITH A BOW

In meinem vorigen Beitrag habe ich ja bereits die Vorzüge von Jeanshemden aus Lyocell gepriesen. Nun hat ein weiteres Einzug in meinen Schrank gehalten: Ein Jeanshemd mit Schluppe. Das ist ein interessantes Stück, denn es enthält einen Widerspruch in sich, der es sehr spannend macht:

Jeans = lässig

Schluppe = elegant

Je nachdem, wie man es stylt, kann man den Look lässig oder elegant gestalten. Aber seht selbst:

In my former post I featured the advantages of jeans shirts made of Lyocell. Now another one moved into my closet: A jeans shirt with a bow. It´s an interesting item because it has got a contradiction in terms, which makes it very thrilling:

jeans = casual

bow = elegant

Depending on the way you style it, you can give the look a casual or an elegant attitude. But look yourself:

UNVERZICHTBAR: DAS JEANSHEMD / ESSENTIAL: THE JEANS SHIRT

Ein Jeanshemd ist eines der unverzichtbaren Stücke, die in jeden Kleiderschrank gehören. Zusammen mit dem kleinen Schwarzen, einem Trenchcoat, einer gut sitzenden Jeans, einer Stoffhose, einem Blazer, einer weißen oder hellblauen Bluse, einem weißen T-Shirt, einem Ringelshirt, einem Camelcoat, einer Lederjacke, einem Bleistiftrock und evtl. einer Bomberjacke bilden sie die Basis jeder Garderobe. (Gerade ist mir aufgefallen, dass ich gar kein kleines Schwarzes besitze! Ist das denn möglich? Das muss ich aber sofort ändern!!!)

Ich habe schon immer Jeanshemden besessen, sie aber fast nie getragen, weil immer irgendetwas nicht stimmte: zu lang, zu eng, der Stoff zu unflexibel …

Jetzt habe ich Jeanshemden aus Lyocell für mich entdeckt und bin endlich glücklich mit dem Material.

Lyocell, oder auch Tencel genannt, wird – wie auch die Viskose – aus Cellulose hergestellt, genauer gesagt aus Eukalyptusfasern, und hat hervorragende Eigenschaften. Es ist glatt wie Seide, wärmend wie Wolle, kühlend wie Leinen und kann 50% mehr Feuchtigkeit aufnehmen und auch wieder abgeben als Baumwolle. Es ist extrem resistent gegen Milben- und Bakterienbefall und hervorragend für Allergiker geeignet. Der Stoff ist außerdem sehr reißfest und somit langlebig.

A jeans shirt is one of the essential items that belong into every closet. Together with the little black dress, a trench coat, a perfectly fitting pair of jeans, a pair of trousers, a blazer, a white or light blue blouse, a white t-shirt, a striped shirt, a camel coat, a leather jacket, a pencil skirt and perhaps a bomber jacket they are the basis of every wardrobe. (I just noticed that I haven´t got a little black dress! How is that possible? I have to get one at once!!!)

I´ve always had jeans shirts but hardly wore them because there was always something wrong: too long, too slim, the fabric too unflexible …

Now I have discovered jeans shirts made of Lyocell and after all I´m happy with the material.

Lyocell, also known as Tencel, is -similar to Viscose – made of Cellulose, to be precise of eucalyptus fibres, and it has got excellent characteristics: It is as smooth as silk, as warming as wool, as cooling as linnen, and it can absorb and release 50% more humidity than cotton. It is extremely resistant against the infestation of mites and bacteria and perfectly suitable for people suffering from allergy. Furthermore Lyocell is tearproofed and therefore very durable.

Mittlerweile habe ich zwei solcher Jeanshemden aus Lyocell gefunden, deren Schnitte mir sehr gut gefallen.:

Meanwhile I have found two jeans shirts made of Lyocell with cuts I like very much:

1. Normale Hemdenform / Normal shirt cut

2. Mit Schnürung / Laced style

Ich liebe sie beide und möchte sie nicht mehr missen. / I love them both and I don´t want to miss them any more.

JEANSKLEID / JEANS DRESS

Dieses Jeanskleid habe ich noch rasch im Sale bei TKMaxx ergattert. Der Stoff ist sehr leicht (Lyocell) und trägt sich total angenehm. Der ideale Begleiter für die letzten warmen Sommertage! Es lässt sich auch gut mit einer schmalen Hose darunter kombinieren.

I discoverd this jeans dress right before the end of sale at TKMaxx´s . It´s of a light fabric (Lyocell) anf feels very comfortable. A perfect partner for these lovely warm late-summer days. It can also be combined with slim pants underneath.

JEANS ALLOVER

Der Jeans-Allover-Look war noch vor einiger Zeit ein NoGo und hat mir auch sowieso nicht gefallen. Jetzt ist er plötzlich total trendy. Ich habe mich mal rangetraut und ein langes Jeanshemd, das auch als Minikleid durchgehen könnte (für junge Frauen!), mit meiner cropped flare Jeans angezogen (beides Vintage). Die Waschungen der beiden Jeansteile harmonieren perfekt. Ein Flechtgürtel betont die Taille. Ohne ihn wäre das Outfit unförmig wegen der weiten Hosenbeine. Meine Plateau-Sandalen passen auch gut dazu. Mir gefällt´s, das hätte ich nicht gedacht! Vielleicht gewöhnt sich das Auge ja an ungewohnte Dinge, wenn man sie oft genug sieht. Jedenfalls werde ich diesen Look bestimmt in diesem Frühjahr tragen, falls es doch noch mal warm genug dafür wird.

Jeans allover was absolutely a no go until shortly and I didn´t like it anyway. At the moment it´s a hot trend. I tried a long jeans shirt which could easily serve as a dress (for young women!) with my cropped flare jeans (both vintage). The washings go perfectly together. A weaved belt emphasizes the waist. The outfit would be shapeless without the belt because of the wide legs. My platform sandals are fine with the outfit, too. I like it, I wasn´t expecting that! May be the eye gets used to unusual things when you look at them long enough. Nevertheless I will definitely wear the look this spring in case it ever gets warm enough.
