TÜLL UND STRICK – EIN SPANNENDER MIX / TULLE AND KNIT – AN EXCITING MIX

Hallo ihr Lieben,

ich finde es nicht nur spannend, verschiedene Stile wie z.B. chic + sportlich, sondern auch verschiedene Materialien zu kombinieren. Mein Tüllrock fristet schon seit einiger Zeit ein Schattendasein in meinem Schrank. Daher wollte ich ihn mal wieder zur Geltung bringen. Aber jetzt im Winter muss man sich ja auch temperaturgemäß anziehen, also musste etwas Warmes dazu her. Ich denke, mit meinem cremefarbenen Pullover und den Leobooties ist ein Look entstanden, der sowohl chic als auch casual ist und außerdem warm hält. So kann ich meinen Tüllrock sogar im Winter tragen!

Und wenn dann noch die Farbe der Nägel zum Rock passt – BINGO!

not only do I think it´s exciting to mix styles such as chic + sporty, but also different materials. My tulle skirt has been living a shadowy existence in my closet. That´s why I wanted to show it off once again. But now in winter you have to dress according to temperature, that means something warm had to be found to go with it. I think with my off-white sweater and the leopard booties I created a look which is both chic and casual and which additionaly keeps you warm enough. This way I can wear my tulle skirt even in winter!

And when the nails are matching the skirt too – BINGO!

Hallo ihr Lieben,

wer mir auch auf Instagram folgt, hat zu Sylvester schon meinen Paillettenrock kennen gelernt. Er ist wirklich ein Träumchen! Deshalb finde ich es schade, dass die Gelegenheiten, wo man sich so richtig aufbrezeln kann, nicht so häufig sind! Also habe ich überlegt, wie ich ihn ´runtertunen` könnte. Da kam mir mein beerefarbener Hoodie zwischen die Finger. Und da sich die Farbe auch im Rock wiederfindet, war mir schnell klar: Die Beiden werden ein Paar (reimt sich, hihi)! Hier ist das Ergebnis:

those of you who follow me on IG as well, have already seen my sequin skirt on New Year´s Eve. It really is a dream! That´s why I was sad that the occasions where you get all dolled up are quite rare! So I had the idea of tuning it down. Suddenly my berry hoodie caught my eyes. The colour also occurs in the skirt, and so I knew: These two belong together! This is the result:

LEOROCK STREETSTYLE + CHIC

Hallo ihr Lieben,

in meinem vorigen Beitrag habe ich euch mit meinem Leo-Plisseerock bekannt gemacht und einen Casuallook vorgestellt. Der Rock kann aber noch mehr! Heute möchte ich euch zwei weitere Varianten zeigen, wie ich den Rock tragen kann.

Die erste Variante ist ein Streetstyle-Look mit Hoodie, Daunenjacke und Sneakers. Dazu eine Crossbody-Tasche und eine Cateye-Sonnenbrille.

Die zweite Variante ist ein Chiclook mit schwarzem Top, schwarzem Blazer und schwarzen Booties. Dazu ein schwarzes Umhänge-Täschchen und eine Piloten-Sonnenbrille mit Leomuster.

in my previous post I introduced my pleated leoskirt to you and presented a casual look. But the skirt can do a lot more! Today I´d like to show you two more variations to wear my skirt.

First variation is a street-style look with hoodie, dawn jacket and sneakers. A cross-body bag and cateye sunglasses go with it.

Second variation is a chiclook with a black top, a black blazer and black booties. This comes along with a little black shoulder bag and Aviator sunglasses with a leo-pattern.

LIEBE AUF DEN ERSTEN BLICK: LEO-PLISSEEROCK / LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT: LEO PLEATED SKIRT

Hallo ihr Lieben,

eigentlich bin ich gar kein Fan von Animalprint. Aber in dieser Rock gefiel mir auf Anhieb. Vielleicht lag es daran, dass das Leomuster ziemlich klein und daher nicht so dominant ist. Aber ich habe einen anderen Verdacht: Es ist ein Plisseerock! Und auf die Gefahr hin, dass ich mich wiederhole: Ich liebe Plisseeröcke!!! Also was soll ich sagen – wir wurden ein Paar! Und ich habe es nicht bereut. Ich verliebe mich jedes Mal neu in ihn, wenn ich ihn anziehe. Dieser Rock ist nämlich so wunderbar vielseitig kombinierbar, dass es eine wahre Freude ist, ihn an meiner Seite, ääh in meinem Schrank zu haben.

Heute zeige ich euch den Rock zunächst im Casual-Style. Ich habe ihn mit einem schwarzen Langarmshirt, einem roten Longcardigan (Rot ist ja eine der angesagten Herbstfarben!), einem karierten Kashmirschal aus den schottischen Highlands und schwarzen Combatboots kombiniert. Außerdem trage ich eine braunschwarze Sonnenbrille und eine schwarze Henkeltasche.

I´m actually not a big fan of animal print. But I liked this skirt at first sight. Perhaps it´s because the leopard pattern is quite small and not that dominant. But I have a different suspicion: It´s a pleated skirt! And at the risk of repeating myself: I love pleated skirts! So what shall I say – this shirt became mine! And I haven´t regretted that. Every time I put it on I fall in love again, because this skirt is so wonderfully versatile. It´s such a pleasure to have it by my side, eeh I mean in my closet.

Today I present the skirt in casual style. I combined it with a black longsleeve, a long red cardigan (red is one of the trendy autumn colours!), a checkered Cashmere scarf of the Scottish Highlands and black Combat boots. Furthermore I´m wearing black-brown sunglasses and a black Tote bag.

GROßE LIEBE: PLISSEEROCK GEWICKELT, MIT VOLANT / BIG LOVE: PLEATED SKIRT WRAPPED, WITH RUFFLE

Hallo ihr Lieben,

habe ich schon einmal erwähnt, dass ich Plisseeröcke liebe? ICH LIIIIEBE PLISSEERÖCKE!!! Aber dieses hübsche Exemplar ist nicht nur ein Plisseerock, sondern auch ein Wickelrock und ein Volantrock – alles gleichzeitig! Wie hätte ich da widerstehen sollen? Da nehme ich sogar in Kauf, dass das gute Stück im unteren Teil Rosa ist! Rosa ist nicht unbedingt mein Ding.

Ich habe den Rock hier mit einem weißen, schulterfreien Shirt, schwarzen Schlappen, einem schwarzen Einkaufsnetz und einer schwarzen Sonnenbrille kombiniert. OmG, ich bin verliebt!!!

have I ever mentioned that I love pleated skirts? I LOOOOVE PLEATED SKIRTS!!! But this pretty one isn´t only a pleated skirt, it´s also a wrapped skirt and a ruffled skirt – all in one! How should I resist? I even accept that this lovely piece has got a pink section at the bottom. Pink is not necessarily my cup of tea.

Here I combined the skirt with a white off-shoulder shirt, black slip-ons, a black netbag and black shades. OmG, I´m in love!!!

PLISSEE – EINE ENDLOSE GESCHICHTE / PLEATS – A NEVER ENDING STORY

Hallo ihr Lieben,

wer meinen Blog einigermaßen regelmäßig verfolgt, der hat schon längst mitgekriegt, dass ich ein großer Fan von Plisseeröcken bin. Ich habe einen schwarzen aus Kunstleder und einen aus Spitze. Außerdem einen silbernen, einen goldenen, einen blauen, einen grauen und nun auch noch einen in nude mit einem Muster in beige und schwarz. Den kennt ihr bis jetzt noch nicht. Hier ist er:

those of you who read my blog more or less regularly should have noticed that I´m very much in pleated skirts. I own a black one of synthetic leather and one of lace. Furthermore a silver one, a gold one, a blue one a grey one and now also a nude one with a pattern in black and beige. You don´t know this one yet. Here it is:

Doch was ist eigentlich Plissee? Plissee ist ein Stoff, der in gleichmäßige Falten gelegt ist, die mit Hilfe von feuchter Hitze in den Stoff gepresst werden. Je höher der Anteil an synthetischen Fasern ist, umso dauerhafter sind die Falten und bleiben auch nach dem Waschen erhalten. Man unterscheidet verschiedene Faltenarten. Grundsätzlich unterscheidet man Flachplissee und Hochplissee. Ein besonders schönes Hochplissee ist das Sonnenplissee.

Bei diesem Rock handelt es sich um ein Flachplissee. Alle Falten sind gleich breit und tief.

But what exactly does it mean: Pleated? A pleated fabric is a fabric that is put into regular pleats which are pressed into the fabric by means of damp heat. The more synthetics the fabric contains, the more durable are the pleats, and they even stay after washing. You can distinguish different kinds of pleats. In general you distinguish flat pleats and high pleats. A very nice high pleat is the sun pleat.

My skirt is a flat pleated one. All the pleats are the same breadth and depth.

Ich trage zu diesem Rock einen schwarzen Rolli mit Seitenschlitzen und Fransen am Saum. Außerdem schwarze flache Schnürer und eine schwarze Henkel-Tasche. Das ist ein unaufgeregter Look, mit dem man zum Essen oder auch schoppen gehen oder sich mit Freunden treffen kann.

I´m wearing a black turtle neck sweater with the skirt with slits and fringes at its hem. Furthermore black laced flats and a small black tote bag. This is an effortless look which you can wear for going to dinner or for shopping or for meeting friends.

BRAUN IST DAS NEUE SCHWARZ / BROWN IS THE NEW BLACK

Hallo meine Lieben,

in einer bekannten Modezeitschrift habe ich vor nicht allzu langer Zeit gelesen, dass die Farbe Braun wieder mehr an Bedeutung gewinnt. Es hieß: Braun ist das neue Schwarz. Und tatsächlich sieht man in den Geschäften, bei Instagram und in den Magazinen wieder häufiger Looks in Brauntönen.

Ich selbst habe jahrelang gar kein Schwarz getragen, sondern immer nur Braun und andere warme Farben. Erst seitdem mein Haar so weiß geworden ist, hat sich das total umgekehrt. Jetzt ist Schwarz meine bevorzugte Farbe, aber ganz abgeschrieben habe ich Braun nicht, wie ihr hier seht!

Zu meinem selbst gestrickten Pullover mit separatem Rollkragen trage ich einen beige-braunen Glencheckrock, braune Booties und eine braune Vintage-Kameratasche.

not too long ago I read in a well-known fashion magazine that the colour brown is gaining more and more attention again. It said: Brown is the new Black. And actually brown looks recently appear more often in the shops, at Instagram and in various magazines.

I myself haven´t worn black at all for many years. Only since my hair has become that white this changed to the opposite. Now black is the colour I prefer, but I haven´t abandoned brown completely as you can see here!

With my self-made sweater with its seperate rollneck I´m wearing a beige-brown Glencheck-skirt, brown booties and a brown vintage camera bag.

SELBT GENÄHTER BLEISTIFTROCK MIT GÜRTELTASCHE / SELF-MADE PENCIL SKIRT WITH WAISTBAG

Wie ihr vielleicht schon bemerkt habt, habe ich neue Lieblingsschuhe! Aber meine Schnürboots passen auch wirklich zu fast allem. Natürlich auch zu meinem selbst genähten Rock! Es ist ein schwarzer Bleistiftrock mit Seitenschlitz. Obwohl er eng geschnitten ist, ist er sehr bequem, denn der Stoff enthält einen Stretchanteil. Das Besondere an ihm aber ist die Gürteltasche, die ich vorne an den Rock genäht habe. Nicht nur, dass Gürteltaschen wieder total angesagt sind, diese trägt nicht auf und man kann wunderbar kleine Sachen wie das Handy oder ein Taschentuch darin verstauen.

Bleistiftröcke kann man zu vielen Gelegenheiten tragen. Und je nachdem wie man sie stylt, wird der Look edgy, casual, chic, sportlich … Ich trage hier ein creme-weißes Volant-Shirt zum Rock, einen Strickmantel und meine Schnürboots.

As you might have noticed, I have got new favourite shoes! Actually my laced boots nearly go with every outfit. Of course to my self-made skirt, too! It´s a pencil skirt with a sidely slit. Although the skirt has a slim cut, it´s very comfy, because it is made of a stretchy fabric. But the special thing about it is the waistbag, which I added to the front. Not only are waistbags very up to date, this one isn´t bulky and you can easily put little things like your cell phone or a hanky in.

You can wear pencil skirts to various occasions. And depending how you style them, the look appears edgy, casual, chic, sporty … Here I´m wearing an off-white ruffled shirt with the skirt, a woolen coat and my laced boots.

VICHI UND RÜSCHEN IM HERBST / GINGHAM AND RUFFLES FOR AUTUMN

Jedes Mal, wenn der Herbst kommt, bin ich immer ganz traurig, dass ich mich von meinen Sommersachen verabschieden muss. Aber muss man das wirklich? Viele Teile kann man durchaus auch im Herbst tragen, wenn man sie entsprechend stylt.

Das habe ich mit meinem Vichirock versucht, den ich mir erst gegen Ende des Sommers gekauft hatte. Anstelle eines T-Shirts trage ich zum Rock nun ein wärmendes Sweatshirt. Dieses hier hat silberne Pailetten und ist hinten etwas länger geschnitten, als vorne.

Die Chucks des Sommers habe ich durch Boots im Bikerstil ersetzt. Eine warme Jacke dazu, und schon ist der Rock herbsttauglich. Gefällt euch der Look?

Each time when autumn arrives, I´m quite sad that I have to say good-bye to my summer clothes. But do I really have to? Many items can be worn in autumn, too, when you style them adequately.

That´s what I tried with my Gingham-skirt, which I bought right before the end of summer. Instead of a t-shirt I´m wearing a warming sweatshirt with the skirt now. This one has got silver sequins and its back is a bit longer than the front.

The chucks, I wore in summer, were replaced by a pair of boots in biker style. Together with a warming jacket my skirt is ready for autumn now. Do you like this look?

SPITZENROCK / LACED SKIRT

So einen durchsichtigen Spitzenrock wie dieser schwarze von Stradivarius kann man ja schlecht ohne etwas darunter tragen. Daher habe ich eine schmale weiße Hose dazu gewählt. Rock über Hose ist ja seit einiger Zeit wieder üblich, nachdem es lange Jahre unmöglich schien. Mein altes schwarzes Rüschentop kann hier auch mal wieder zum Einsatz kommen. Mit meinen schwarzen Flats von Camper und einem kleinen, schwarzen Täschchen wird der Look komplett.

A see-through laced skirt like this black one by Stradivarius can hardly be worn without anything underneeth. That´s why I chose a pair of slim white pants with it. Nowadays skirt over pants is usual again after years of being impossible. My old black ruffled top can come here into action once again,too. The black flats by Camper and a little black bag complete this look.
